FAQ
What are the delivery times?
Unless the material is secured in advance (by the customer or by us), the total delivery time depends on its availability and current lead times. The typical production time is 1–4 weeks and depends on the complexity and size of the order. An expedited service for urgent projects is available upon request.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Mass production is economically optimal for orders of 100 clusters or more. Prototype and pre-production runs typically involve quantities ranging from a few to several dozen clusters. The standard cluster size is 20 x 30 cm.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
It depends on the scope and complexity of the request. We typically provide a quote for labor within a week, and for materials within 1 to 6 weeks.
Where do you ship?
Practically all over the world. We have customers in Europe, Asia, and North America. We handle logistics through trusted carriers that offer shipment tracking.
Do you offer DfM consulting?
Yes, free of charge and with no obligation. Our engineers will review your design, identify problematic components, and suggest optimizations to reduce costs or improve reliability.
How do you ensure quality?
We perform optical and electrical tests. Machine-based inspections are standard, including 3D SPI paste inspection, 3D AOI after SMT and THT assembly, and 2.5D X-ray inspection. Visual inspections are conducted by trained personnel, typically using a microscope, and always in accordance with IPC-A-610 or customer requirements. For electrical testing, we perform ICT, FPT, boundary scan, functional tests, and various stress tests, with the option of using a temperature chamber. We maintain complete data documentation for each production batch to ensure full traceability.
