About us

High Mix, Low Volume

We have combined two manufacturing plants with different histories and a shared standard. Brno brings experience with demanding applications, while Trnava offers flexibility and speed. Together, we cover the entire electronics life cycle.

The Brno plant began in 2004 as a repair center for Symbol Technologies. Over time, the company changed hands, first passing to Motorola and then to Sanmina, but the team that forms the backbone of BEAMS today remains the same—230 people with experience working on projects for the world’s leading electronics manufacturers.

The Trnava plant has been in operation since 2004. Originally focused on telecommunications, today, it manufactures industrial automation equipment, major appliances, HVAC systems, and household appliances.

In 2024, we merged both plants under CEMS Holding. Not an acquisition, but a partnership—each plant retained its specialization, while adding shared commercial and technical coordination.
